Air Ambulance Network operates under the State of Florida Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services, as an Inter-facility Air Ambulance service for Basic (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS). If aircraft are contracted, they are operate under a licensed aviation authority, as in the United States, its the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 14CFR 135/121, Direct Air Carriers.
